Konnect utilizes the most advanced security and end-to-end encryption to provide private messaging, cryptocurrency wallet, and other services to users worldwide. You agree to our Terms of Service (“Terms”) by installing or using our apps, services, or website (together, “Services”).

About our services

Minimum Age. You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. The minimum age to use our Services without parental approval may be higher in your home country. Account Registration. To create an account you must register for our Services using your mnemonic phrase. Privacy of user data. Konnect does not sell, rent or monetize your personal data or content in any way – ever. Software. In order to enable new features and enhanced functionality, you consent to downloading and installing updates to our Services. Fees and Taxes. You are responsible for data and mobile carrier fees and taxes associated with the devices on which you use our Services.

Using Konnect

Legal and Acceptable Use. You agree to use our Services only for legal, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that: (a) violate or infringe the rights of Konnect, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights; (b) involve sending illegal or impermissible communications such as bulk messaging, auto-messaging, and auto-dialing. Harm to Konnect. You must not (or assist others to) access, use, modify, distribute, transfer, or exploit our Services in unauthorized manners, or in ways that harm Konnect, our Services, or systems. For example you must not (a) gain or try to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems; (b) disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services; (c) create accounts for our Services through unauthorized or automated means; (d) collect information about our users in any unauthorized manner; or (e) sell, rent, or charge for our Services. Keeping Your Account Secure. Konnect embraces privacy by design and does not have the ability to access your messages. You are responsible for keeping your device and your Konnect account safe and secure. When you register with a new device, your old device will stop receiving all messages and calls. No Access to Emergency Services. Our Services do not provide access to emergency service providers like the police, fire department, hospitals, or other public safety organizations. Make sure you can contact emergency service providers through a mobile, fixed-line telephone, or other service. Third-party services. Our Services may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, apps, content, and other products and services. When you use third-party services, their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services.

Your Rights and License with Konnect

Your Rights. You own the information you submit through our Services. Konnect's Rights. We own all copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, trade secrets, patents, and other intellectual property rights associated with our Services. You may not use our copyrights, trademarks, domains, logos, trade dress, patents, and other intellectual property rights unless you have our written permission. To report copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement, please contact [email protected] Konnect's License to You. Konnect grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer

1. After you use Third-Party Service, you acknowledge that this Policy no longer applies to the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your Personal Information by these third parties. The Company is unable to guarantee that these third parties will implement reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Information.

2. You are solely responsible for your use of Third-Party Service and agree that you will not hold the Company liable for any damages incurred or injuries inflicted as a result of the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your Personal Information by these third parties.

3. You acknowledge and accept that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company will adopt measures as reasonable as possible to protect your personal information under current techniques on an “as is”, “as available” and “with all faults” basis, to avoid the disclosure, tampering or damage of information. since the company transfers data wirelessly, the company makes no guarantee on the privacy and security of wireless internet data transferring.

4.1 You shall fully understand and conform to the laws, regulations and rules in your jurisdictions which are relevant to use of the services provided by the Company.

4.2 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

4.2.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

4.2.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, the Parties shall first seek settlement of that dispute. In the event that such dispute is not resolved within a period of 30 days from the commencement of such settlement process, such dispute shall be referred to and finally be resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman of the SIAC. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Each of the Parties irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to support and assist the arbitration process pursuant to the foregoing of this paragraph, including if the grant of interlocutory relief pending the outcome of that process.

4.3 You may access this Policy and other terms through our Applications. We encourage you to check the Konnect Terms of Service and Policy of the Company each time you log onto our Applications.

4.4 Any translated versions of this Policy are provided for the convenience of the users ，we are not intended to amend the original English version of this Policy. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and non-English version of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
